Loan Service Center also specializes in servicing a variety of single and multi-family rehabilitation and development loans funded through various programs administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
The HUD programs include: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership, Section 108 Loan Guarantee Program, and UDAG.
Loan Service Center also provides servicing and collection services for the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) micro-loans. In addition, Loan Service Center also provides servicing and collection services for Empowerment Zone Corporation revolving loans, and Economic Development Corporation business improvement loans.
